Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 medium banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine nut milk, oats, mashed banana, chia seeds, and vanilla extract (if using) in a 1-pint jar.
- Seal with a lid and shake well.
- Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
- Add your favorite toppings (like berries, nut butter, cinnamon, etc.)
