Overnight Chia Oats

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 medium banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


  • Combine nut milk, oats, mashed banana, chia seeds, and vanilla extract (if using) in a 1-pint jar. 
  • Seal with a lid and shake well.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
  • Add your favorite toppings (like berries, nut butter, cinnamon, etc.)
