Refreshing, Protein-Packed Smoothie

Look no further for a refreshing, nutritious, protein-packed, and antioxidant filled smoothie to keep you cool on these hot summer days! 


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp aloe vera gel flakes (for extra antioxidants and hydration)
  • Optional toppings: granola, nut butter, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, hemp seeds, shredded coconut


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    Tip: if using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to smoothie before blending.
